Shipping origin

Rushdecks is a 100% online store, independently operated with no physical shop.

All orders are prepared and dispatched directly by Rushdecks from the operator’s location or through shipping providers, depending on the destination.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery options

At checkout, the customer may choose between the following options, subject to carrier availability:

• Home delivery
• Delivery to a pickup point or authorized drop-off point

Rushdecks is not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Failure to pick up the order on time at the selected pickup point

Estimated delivery times

• United States: 5 to 10 business days
• Colombia: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout based on:

• Destination
• Selected delivery type
• Order characteristics

Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information when available.

Collectible products

Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of TCG cards:

• Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
• Returns are not accepted for products that are opened, used, tampered with, or missing their original packaging.

Exceptional cases

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product received does not match the order

Conditions

• The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photographic evidence must be provided

Rushdecks will review each case and decide the appropriate resolution.
